New Features and Enhancements
Coming Soon to Web BillPay!
Our Web BillPay service will soon be updated with even more friendly features to
improve your bill payment experience. In addition to a few visual enhancements,
here are some of the new features you will be able to take advantage of:
Increased security with email alerts when a new bill is added, or, whenever
the name, address, or account number has been modified for an existing
biller.
The payment assistant will now display a biller category (i.e., Cellular
Company, Utility, etc.) and biller phone number.
Time savings with the Multi e-Bill sign-up form. You can click on an
e-Bill icon from the Payment Center and view a complete list of
billers that offer e-Bills. You can then sign-up for all your
e-Bills from one convenient location.
The Payment Center
now features the payment amount as a clickable link that allows you to
access a payment detail information window that displays without having
to leave the Payment Center.
You now have the
option of applying any changes made to billers to all of your scheduled
and pending payments with a convenient check box on the Biller Update
screen.
These features and enhancements will be automatic; you don’t need to do anything. Your biller and
payment information, including addresses, details, scheduled payments, and
bill history will remain in place. You will see broadcast messages posted to
your account notifying you of these changes and confirmations of exact
dates of changes.
